Thought it was about time I up-dated my journal.

Just let everyone know ~Crystalas and I made through to the second round of the *Dream--world OCT. It was a shame that our last opponent ~Chuchu25 wasn't able to complete her entry but I'm sure she had her reasons. Anyway, she is a very talented artist and I would love to have seen Flora and Bill in her style. Keep up the good work chuchu25.

The only real pain is the fact I can't do an extensive description of my thoughts and opinions on each round since I find that the journals don’t provide me with enough shape to write everything I want. I was going to draw a cover for each round and discuss my thoughts underneath each one in the Artist’s Description but my frigging printer/scanner isn’t compatible with my new laptop.

So briefly, I thought the First Round entry was pretty good. I didn’t want it to be too exciting because I didn’t want to use up all my best ideas straight away. Otherwise I’m at risk of creating duller scripts for the later rounds. So I tried to hold myself back until the fourth round (if we make it that far).

The script was pretty easy for me to complete and I had a lot to work with. Since the 1st Round was set in a field of memory stealing flowers, this played to Flora’s advantage since is capable of summoning, controlling and even communicating with plant life (as well as a variety of other elements) so I instantly knew how to defeat Chuchu25’s character Tails (a demon princess with magically hair).

Although the script was, in my opinion, a success, I did get into a bit of trouble with one of the people who read the comic because there was scene where Bill mentions that there will be an “American Empire” at some point in the future. In my opinion I am not anti-American. I chose America because it is a global super power that hasn’t had an Empire of some sort ...yet. I’m not saying America will develop an empire but no one can predict the future. Plus, there is no established information yet on what I meant by “American Empire.”

Our new opponent is ~WolfieTheAxelLover and his OCT 005 (a stretchy lunatic with the power to burn things with is mind). I was quite shocked to find out that we were fighting against him because he is one of the favourites to win and (for pure script writing reasons) I was hoping that we come up against a less violent character. Nonetheless 005 is a fun character to write about and I can’t wait to see how Crystalas will develop him further as well as the rest of the script.
